My whole life I have been a pretty slim framed guy but always had an issue with the pudgy weight on my stomach, sides, and arms. I struggled with my weight my entire life. Growing up I was the “fat girl” and up until recently I literally thought I was just born this way and that I would never be a skinny person. A couple of years ago I found out about keto through a friend and I tried it but just couldn’t figure it all out. Then I found this app and it changed everything for me. Not only did they teach me the things I needed to know for a lifelong way of eating and exercising and put it in a simple way, but I didn’t have to do any of the planning. I just followed the meal plans and shopping lists created for me and did the exercises and everything my coach told me to do. That’s it. I lost 43 pounds total. Down from 160 to 125. I will never stop eating this way. I will never go back to being fat NEVER. I talk to my coach several times a week and I love my new life.
